The language J.R.R. Tolkien created for the Elves of Valinor is Quenya.
Quenya is one of Tolkien’s Elvish languages and is associated especially with the High Elves, including the Noldor. Its sound and structure were influenced largely by Finnish, while Tolkien also drew on his deep knowledge of historical and invented languages.
In Tolkien’s mythology, Quenya originated among the Elves of Valinor and was later brought to Middle-earth by returning Noldorin exiles. It functions in the stories as a formal, ancient, and often ceremonial language rather than the everyday speech of all Elves.
Sindarin is the other major Elvish language commonly encountered in The Lord of the Rings, but it developed as the everyday language of many Elves in Middle-earth. Khuzdul is associated with the Dwarves, and the Black Speech was created for Sauron’s servants.
