What is the title of the final game in the Assassin's Creed Ezio trilogy?

Assassin's Creed Revelations is the final game in the Assassin's Creed Ezio trilogy.

The trilogy begins with Assassin's Creed II, continues with Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and concludes with Assassin's Creed: Revelations. Revelations follows an older Ezio Auditore as he travels to Constantinople, where he searches for keys connected to Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad's legacy.

The game links the two major protagonists of the early series. Ezio's investigation leads him to memories and records associated with Altaïr, while the modern-day storyline continues through Desmond Miles. This structure makes Revelations both the conclusion of Ezio's personal story and a bridge between earlier historical mysteries and the broader modern conflict.

Assassin's Creed Revelations was released in 2011. Assassin's Creed Embers is a separate animated short that also concerns Ezio's later life, but it is not the final game in the trilogy. Brotherhood expands Ezio's story in Rome and is the middle entry, not the conclusion.
