Kanye West's 2007 studio album that includes the single “Stronger” is Graduation.
Graduation was Kanye West's third studio album, released on September 11, 2007, through Roc-A-Fella Records and Def Jam Recordings. The album marked a shift toward a more expansive, electronic, and arena-sized sound, combining West's rap production with synthesizers, rock influences, and elements of dance music.
Its biggest single, “Stronger,” is built around a prominent sample of Daft Punk's “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.” The song became West's first US Billboard Hot 100 number-one single and helped define the album's futuristic sound. Other major tracks included “Good Life,” “Homecoming,” and “Can't Tell Me Nothing.”
Graduation is also remembered for its highly publicized release-day competition with 50 Cent's album Curtis. West won that sales battle in the United States, with Graduation selling more than 957,000 copies in its first week. A common mix-up is placing “Stronger” on 808s & Heartbreak, but that album followed in 2008; Graduation belongs to West's earlier trilogy with The College Dropout and Late Registration.
