What is the real name of Dragon's Den investor and Jamaican-British entrepreneur Levi Roots?

The real name of Dragon's Den entrepreneur Levi Roots is Keith Valentine Graham.

Levi Roots is the professional name used by the Jamaican-British musician, chef and food entrepreneur who created the Reggae Reggae Sauce brand. He adopted the name “Levi Roots” as his public identity, linking his commercial work with his music career and Jamaican heritage.

Roots became nationally recognised after pitching his sauce on Dragon's Den in 2007. The appearance led to a deal with Peter Jones and Richard Farleigh and helped turn a family recipe into a widely distributed food business.

The distinction between his stage name and legal name matters because reference works often list him under Levi Roots, while biographical accounts identify him as Keith Valentine Graham. The sauce brand, television appearances and musical work are all associated with the Levi Roots name.
