What is the only single released from G N' R Lies?

The story behind the answer

The only single released from G N' R Lies was “Patience.”

“Patience” was issued from Guns N' Roses' second studio album, G N' R Lies, and became one of the band's signature acoustic songs. Written by Axl Rose, Izzy Stradlin, and Duff McKagan, it centers on restrained acoustic guitars and whistling rather than the hard-rock attack associated with much of Appetite for Destruction.

The song performed strongly despite its understated arrangement, reaching number four on the Billboard Hot 100 in June 1989. Its success helped show that Guns N' Roses could move beyond aggressive electric rock without losing its identity, and it remains one of the band's best-known ballads.

The other choices are tracks from the album but were not released as its single. “Reckless Life” is part of the earlier Live ?!*@ Like a Suicide material, “One in a Million” is controversial album content, and “You're Crazy” appears in an acoustic reworking on Lies.
