What is the name of Worf's son?

The story behind the answer

Worf’s son is named Alexander Rozhenko. He is the son of Worf and the Klingon ambassador K’Ehleyr, and he becomes an important part of Worf’s family story in Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Alexander is introduced in “Reunion,” when K’Ehleyr brings him to the Enterprise-D. After K’Ehleyr is killed, Worf becomes responsible for his son. Alexander is raised partly by Worf’s adoptive human parents, Sergei and Helena Rozhenko, whose surname he uses. This explains why the answer is Alexander Rozhenko rather than simply Alexander or a Klingon family name.

Alexander struggles with both sides of his heritage. He is part Klingon but is raised in a human environment and does not initially share Worf’s warrior temperament. Later, during the Dominion War, he joins the Klingon military and serves aboard the IKS Rotarran under Worf and General Martok. A common mix-up is confusing Alexander with Kurn, Worf’s brother, or Duras, a Klingon political rival.
