What is the name of the UK Dragon's Den spin-off in which entrepreneurs revisit their pitches?
Answer
Dragons' Den: Where Are They Now?
Dragons' Den: Where Are They Now? is the UK Dragon's Den spin-off in which entrepreneurs revisit their pitches.
The spin-off follows up on businesses and founders who previously appeared in the main programme. Instead of concentrating on a new negotiation in the Den, it explores what happened after the pitch, including whether a deal was completed and how the business developed.
A televised offer is not always the same as a completed investment. Deals may be subject to due diligence, legal agreements and further negotiation, so follow-up programmes can clarify what happened after the cameras recorded the original exchange. This is why a “where are they now” format is useful alongside the main series.
The title is sometimes shortened informally, but the full name distinguishes the spin-off from ordinary recap segments or unrelated business documentaries. It is connected specifically to the British Dragon's Den franchise.
