What is the name of the tower challenge in Pokémon Pokopia that asks Ditto for items?

The tower challenge in Pokémon Pokopia is called the Team Initiation Challenge.

Ditto and Professor Tangrowth discover a mysterious tower while restoring habitats. The structure initiates the Team Initiation Challenge and asks Ditto to provide specific items supposedly intended to support the well-being of Pokémon.

The challenge is part of Pokopia’s larger mystery rather than a conventional Gym challenge. The game’s story replaces the familiar Pokémon League progression with requests, rebuilding tasks, and clues about what happened to the missing humans. As Ditto completes the challenge and restores habitats, the meaning of the tower becomes increasingly important.

The name can be misremembered as a Pokémon League test because many Pokémon games use formal trials or Gym challenges. Team Initiation Challenge is the exact title used in Pokopia’s plot. Its significance also connects to the ending, when celebrating with party poppers accidentally activates an emergency evacuation protocol.
