What is the name of the ship that crashed on the Dyson sphere in 'Relics'?

The story behind the answer

The ship that crashed on the Dyson sphere in “Relics” is the USS Jenolan. The Federation transport had been missing for 75 years when the Enterprise-D traced its distress signal to the sphere’s outer shell.

The Jenolan carried former Starfleet engineer Montgomery Scott, who was traveling as a passenger during his retirement. When the ship was caught by the Dyson sphere’s gravity field, it crashed, killing most of those aboard. Scott and another survivor were preserved in the Jenolan’s transporter buffer, which Scott had rigged to maintain their life patterns.

The Enterprise crew eventually recovers Scott, but the Jenolan becomes crucial again when the Enterprise is trapped inside the sphere. Scott and Geordi La Forge use the damaged transport ship to help reopen the exit portal. The USS Jenolan is ultimately destroyed after enabling the Enterprise to escape. The episode aired during TNG’s sixth season and serves as a crossover-style meeting between Scott and the later Enterprise crew.
