Rocky is the PAW Patrol pup who drives the recycling truck.
Rocky is the team’s recycling and repair specialist. His green vehicle carries salvaged materials and tools, allowing him to build, fix, or adapt equipment during missions. The character’s “don’t lose it, reuse it” approach gives the show an environmental theme as well as a practical rescue function.
Rocky is a mixed-breed pup, which distinguishes him from characters identified with a single named breed. He is also notably uncomfortable around water, so he is less associated with aquatic missions than Zuma, the chocolate Labrador Retriever who operates the hovercraft.
Rubble is the construction pup and drives a bulldozer, while Rocky’s truck focuses on recycling and repairs. Those vehicle roles are the key distinction between the two green- and yellow-themed team members.
