What is the name of the paired protagonists in Assassin's Creed Syndicate?

The paired protagonists in Assassin's Creed Syndicate are Jacob and Evie Frye.

Jacob and Evie are twin Assassin siblings who travel to London in 1868, during the Industrial Revolution. They establish the Rooks, a street gang that helps them challenge Templar influence and criminal control across the city. The siblings share the campaign but have different strengths and abilities.

Jacob generally emphasizes direct combat and gang leadership, while Evie specializes in stealth, infiltration, and searching for Pieces of Eden. Their contrasting approaches let the game present London through two related but distinct play styles.

Syndicate is the main series entry set in Victorian London. It is often confused with Unity because both games use European cities and feature Assassin-versus-Templar conflicts, but Unity is set in revolutionary Paris and stars Arno Dorian. Jacob and Evie are also siblings, unlike many earlier entries whose central characters were solitary protagonists.
