What is the name of the inn at Bree where Frodo meets Aragorn?

The inn at Bree where Frodo meets Aragorn is called The Prancing Pony. It appears in The Fellowship of the Ring, when Frodo, Sam, Merry, and Pippin stop during their journey from the Shire.

The inn is owned by Barliman Butterbur and serves as a meeting place for travelers passing through Bree. Frodo uses the name Mr. Underhill there, but a letter intended to warn Butterbur about the hobbits’ journey is delayed. Aragorn, traveling under the name Strider, is already at the inn and offers to guide the hobbits.

The Prancing Pony is not the same as the Green Dragon, an inn in Bywater in the Shire. Tolkien uses inns to connect ordinary rural life with the wider dangers of Middle-earth.
