What is the name of the fictional fast-food restaurant franchise in Better Call Saul?

The story behind the answer

The fictional fast-food restaurant franchise in Better Call Saul is Los Pollos Hermanos.

Los Pollos Hermanos is presented as a successful fried-chicken chain operated by Gus Fring. Its restaurants provide Gus with a respectable public identity and a legitimate business structure while concealing his role in the drug trade. The chain is one of the most recognizable pieces of world-building shared by Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

The name means “The Chicken Brothers” in Spanish. In the story, Gus is the public face of the business, while Hector Salamanca and cartel figures are connected to its hidden criminal function through the drug-distribution network.

Los Pollos Hermanos is sometimes confused with Twisters, the real New Mexico restaurant used as a filming location for the fictional chain. Twisters supplied the exterior and some visual identity, but it is not the fictional restaurant’s name.
