Evie Frye is the female twin who leads the Assassin side of Assassin's Creed Syndicate.
Evie and her twin brother Jacob Frye are the game's dual protagonists. They travel to London in 1868 and work to free the city from Templar control. Evie is generally portrayed as the more methodical and stealth-focused sibling, while Jacob favors direct action and builds the Rooks gang.
Syndicate was released in 2015 and is set during Britain's Industrial Revolution. Its London districts include Westminster, the Strand, the City of London, and Whitechapel. Historical figures such as Charles Dickens, Charles Darwin, and Queen Victoria appear in the story or its missions.
Evie is sometimes confused with Jacob because both are playable and share the surname Frye. Aveline belongs to Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, while Kassandra is the canonical protagonist associated with Odyssey. Evie is specifically the female Frye twin in Syndicate.
