What is the name of the emoji sequence showing a person wearing a turban?

The emoji sequence showing a person wearing a turban is called Person Wearing Turban.

Unicode represents this emoji through a base human character combined with a head-covering component. Depending on the platform, the displayed figure may have different facial features, hair, skin tone, or gender presentation, but the encoded concept is the same.

The emoji belongs to a broader group of people and clothing symbols that can be combined with skin-tone modifiers where supported. Unicode’s naming system aims to identify the semantic components rather than prescribe one exact illustration.

Person Wearing Turban is sometimes confused with Person With Headscarf or Person With Skullcap. Those are separate emoji with different Unicode names and visual concepts. Platform artwork may make the distinction look subtle, so the official name is the most reliable way to identify the character.
