Senu is the eagle companion used for scouting in Assassin’s Creed Origins. Bayek can control Senu from the air to survey locations, mark enemies, identify objectives, and reveal points of interest.
Senu’s abilities support the game’s exploration system and reflect Bayek’s role as a tracker and protector. The eagle can circle an area while Bayek remains on the ground, giving the player a view of terrain and hostile positions before beginning an investigation or attack.
Senu is sometimes confused with Ikaros, the eagle companion in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Although both birds perform similar reconnaissance functions, they belong to different protagonists and games. Origins introduced this bird-based scouting approach as a prominent part of its open-world gameplay.
