What is the name of the collaborative album by Drake and Future released in 2015?

The story behind the answer

Drake and Future's 2015 collaborative album is What a Time to Be Alive.

The project was released on September 20, 2015, as a collaborative commercial mixtape. Drake, from Canada, and Future, from Atlanta, had already worked together on Future's song “Where Ya At.” Their chemistry there helped lead to a larger joint recording project, created during sessions in Atlanta and Los Angeles.

The mixtape contains 11 songs, including “Digital Dash,” “Big Rings,” and “Jumpman.” Metro Boomin served as co-executive producer and contributed production to eight tracks, while additional producers included 40, Southside, Boi-1da, Allen Ritter, and Frank Dukes.

What a Time to Be Alive debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200. The title is often confused with one artist's solo releases: DS2 is a Future album, Views is a Drake album, and Scorpion is another Drake album. The collaboration's surprise digital release helped make it a major event in 2015 rap.
