What is the name of the Assassin's Creed protagonist who becomes a Viking leader in Assassin's Creed Valhalla?

The story behind the answer

Eivor is the Assassin's Creed protagonist who becomes a Viking leader in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Eivor Varinsdottir leads a Norse clan from Norway to England during the ninth century. The settlement campaign involves alliances with English kingdoms, raids on fortresses and monasteries, and the construction of a new home at Ravensthorpe.

The player can choose a masculine or feminine presentation for Eivor, but both versions represent the same character. This is different from Assassin's Creed Odyssey, which offers two distinct selectable siblings, Kassandra and Alexios. Eivor also encounters the Hidden Ones and becomes involved in their conflict with the Order of the Ancients.

Valhalla combines Viking expansion with the series' recurring themes of memory, political intrigue, and the struggle between Assassins and Templars. Although Eivor is not initially a formal Assassin, the character works closely with members of the Hidden Ones.
