What is the name of the Assassin mentor who trains Connor in Assassin's Creed III?
Answer
Achilles Davenport
Answer
Achilles Davenport
Achilles Davenport is the Assassin mentor who trains Connor in Assassin's Creed III.
Achilles is a retired Assassin living at Davenport Homestead in the colonial American frontier. After Connor seeks his help, Achilles teaches him Assassin techniques, gives him the name Connor, and guides his development during the American Revolution.
His own past is central to the game's story. Achilles previously led a colonial branch of the Brotherhood, but a disastrous conflict with the Templars and the loss of his allies left him isolated. Connor's arrival gives him a chance to rebuild the Brotherhood and oppose the Templar threat through a new generation.
Achilles is not the same character as Al Mualim, Altaïr's mentor in the first game. William Miles is a modern-day Assassin, while Adéwalé is a former quartermaster and Assassin associated with Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
