Peaches is the name of Manny and Ellie’s daughter in the Ice Age films.
Peaches is introduced as a baby at the end of Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs and becomes a teenager in Ice Age: Continental Drift. She is the daughter of Manny and Ellie, making her part of the central mammoth family. Her name comes from the peach-like color of her fur and is also a playful family nickname.
In Continental Drift, Peaches struggles with her father’s protectiveness while developing friendships and a romance with Louis, a molehog. Her coming-of-age story runs alongside the larger adventure involving continental separation, pirates, and the search for a new home.
Peaches is voiced by Keke Palmer in Continental Drift and Collision Course. She should not be confused with Roshan, the human baby from the first Ice Age film, or with Shira, Diego’s mate. Peaches is also distinct from Buck, who is a much older adventurer encountered in the dinosaur world.
