What is the name of Assassin's Creed Unity's main protagonist?

Arno Dorian is the main protagonist of Assassin's Creed Unity.

Arno is a French Assassin whose story unfolds during the French Revolution. After the murder of his adoptive father, François de la Serre, he joins the Assassin Brotherhood and investigates the forces behind the political violence and Templar conflict.

The game is set primarily in Paris and was released in 2014. It emphasizes dense urban exploration, cooperative missions, and a revised parkour system designed for moving across the city's rooftops, streets, and interiors.

Élise de la Serre is an important character and Arno's childhood companion, but she is not the protagonist. The subtitle Unity refers partly to cooperative play, allowing up to four players to undertake selected missions together. Arno's campaign also features historical figures such as Marquis de Sade, Napoleon Bonaparte, and Maximilien Robespierre.
