It arrived as part of the first section of the paid Expansion Pass on August 5, 2026. The area expands Pokopia's world beyond the base game's locations and introduces an underwater setting.
Bubbly Basin is a submerged version of Cerulean City. Rising sea levels have left most of the city at the bottom of the ocean, with only a few islands and tall buildings above the surface.
Players need the Dive ability to access it. The surrounding seafloor includes deep trenches, and nearby points of interest include the remains of Bill's house and Cerulean Cave.
