The blood elf capital city in The Burning Crusade is Silvermoon City.

Silvermoon stands in the northern part of the Eastern Kingdoms, in the rebuilt high elven kingdom of Quel’Thalas. After the Scourge destroyed much of the kingdom and its Sunwell, the surviving high elves adopted the name blood elves and joined the Horde during The Burning Crusade.

The city became the blood elves’ political and cultural center, while the Sunwell Plateau later became the site of the expansion’s climactic raid. Silvermoon is often confused with the Exodar because both are capitals added with the expansion: Silvermoon belongs to the Horde’s blood elves, while the Exodar belongs to the Alliance’s draenei. Undercity was the Forsaken capital, and Thunder Bluff was the tauren capital.
