What is Pokémon Pokopia’s listed release date?

Pokémon Pokopia was released worldwide on March 5, 2026. The date marks the launch of the social simulation game on Nintendo Switch 2.

Pokopia was first announced during a Nintendo Direct in September 2025, so the release followed several months after its initial reveal. Its announcement introduced a different kind of Pokémon experience: instead of centering on gym battles and capturing, it emphasized construction, customization, and cultivating habitats.

The date can be confused with announcement and promotional dates because Nintendo and The Pokémon Company released trailers and preorder information before launch. It is also distinct from the dates of other 2026 Pokémon projects. For a precise trivia answer, March 5, 2026 is the worldwide release date listed for Pokémon Pokopia.
