What is Levi Roots's real name, according to biographies connected with his Dragons' Den appearance?

Levi Roots's real name is Keith Valentine Graham.

Levi Roots is the stage name of the Jamaican-British entrepreneur, singer and chef who became widely known after appearing on Dragons' Den with Reggae Reggae Sauce. His public identity and business branding use “Levi Roots”, while biographical references identify him as Keith Valentine Graham.

Roots was born in Jamaica and moved to Britain as a child. Before his television appearance, he had already built a profile through music and food, including selling his sauce at events. The Dragons' Den pitch helped turn a product associated with his personal story into a nationally recognised commercial brand.

The name can be confused with the sauce brand itself, but the question asks for the entrepreneur's birth name. “Levi Roots” is not the registered personal name used in biographical accounts; it is his better-known professional name.
