Dr. Evil’s son in the “Austin Powers” movies is named Scott. He is usually referred to as Scott Evil and is played by Seth Green.
Scott is introduced in “Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery” (1997), when Dr. Evil returns after decades away and discovers that he has a teenage son. Scott resents his absent father and is embarrassed by Dr. Evil’s exaggerated attempts to act like a traditional supervillain. Their strained relationship is one of the series’ recurring comic storylines.
The character returns in “Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me” (1999) and “Austin Powers in Goldmember” (2002). In the third film, Scott becomes increasingly interested in inheriting and controlling his father’s criminal organization, eventually embracing the family’s evil legacy more enthusiastically than Dr. Evil expects.
A common mix-up is confusing Scott with Mini-Me. Mini-Me is Dr. Evil’s much smaller clone and loyal henchman, not his biological son. Another related twist is that Dr. Evil is revealed to be Douglas Powers, making him Austin Powers’s twin brother and Scott Austin’s nephew.
