What does Dr. Evil name his clone?

The story behind the answer

Dr. Evil names his clone Mini-Me. The character appears in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999), the second film in the Austin Powers series, and returns in Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002).

Mini-Me is a miniature human clone of Dr. Evil, portrayed by actor Verne Troyer. The joke is that he resembles Dr. Evil but is dramatically smaller—described in the films as one-eighth his size and twice as evil. He is mostly silent, communicating through gestures, notes, and expressions.

The character functions as both Dr. Evil's sidekick and a parody of the devoted miniature henchman archetype found in spy and adventure films. Mini-Me's introduction also creates tension with Scott Evil, Dr. Evil's biological son, because Dr. Evil treats the clone as a favored child.

A common mix-up is calling him Mini-Austin or simply “the little clone.” Those descriptions may appear in the franchise, but Mini-Me is the canonical name Dr. Evil gives him.
