Rogen won Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series for playing Matt Remick in The Studio. He also helped lead the series’ ensemble, which won the comedy ensemble award.
The Studio is a Hollywood workplace comedy created by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Peter Huyck, Alex Gregory, and Frida Perez. Rogen plays the newly appointed head of a fictional film studio trying to balance creative ambitions, business pressure, and demanding movie stars.
The Studio won three awards overall, the highest total for any television production at the ceremony. Sal Saperstein is Ike Barinholtz’s character, while Patty Leigh is Catherine O’Hara’s character.
