What are the two areas unlocked after Ditto befriends Kyogre in Pokémon Pokopia?

Befriending Kyogre unlocks Bleak Beach and Rocky Ridges in Pokémon Pokopia.

The two areas become accessible after Kyogre helps produce enough rain to free Onix. That achievement raises Ditto’s Trainer rank, opening gates to new parts of the devastated world.

Bleak Beach is a storm-darkened coastal region containing the ruined Vermilion City and the remains of the S.S. Anne. Rocky Ridges is a volcanic mountain valley built around the former site of Pewter City, with ash covering much of the landscape.

These names are distinct from the older Pokémon city names found within them. Bleak Beach contains Vermilion City, while Rocky Ridges contains the remains of Pewter City. They are also separate from Sparkling Skylands, which becomes accessible later after Ditto befriends Raikou and Volcanion.
