What animal is featured in the Lamborghini logo?

The animal featured in the Lamborghini logo is a bull. The emblem shows a gold charging bull on a black shield, reflecting the company's powerful and aggressive brand identity.

Ferruccio Lamborghini became especially interested in fighting bulls after visiting the ranch of Don Eduardo Miura in Seville, Spain, in 1962. Miura was a famous breeder of Spanish fighting bulls, and Lamborghini was impressed by their strength and presence. He adopted the bull as the emblem for the automobile company he founded the following year.

The bull also influenced Lamborghini's naming tradition. Several models, including the Miura, Islero, Espada, Jalpa, and Aventador, have names connected with bullfighting, famous bulls, or Spanish bull culture. The logo is therefore more than a decorative badge: it links Lamborghini's identity to Ferruccio's admiration for courage, force, and the drama of the arena.
