Its full title is Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, a point-and-click adventure developed and published by LucasArts. The story follows Indiana Jones and psychic archaeologist Sophia Hapgood as they race around the world to locate the lost city before the Nazis can exploit its power.

The game was an original Indiana Jones story rather than an adaptation of one of the films. It uses LucasArts' SCUMM adventure system and offers three routes: Team, Wits, and Fists. Those paths change puzzles, dialogue, locations, and the amount of combat, giving the game unusual replay value.
