The creators of the TV show "Castle" also created what 2018 TV series?

The story behind the answer

The creators of Castle also created the 2018 television series Take Two. Andrew W. Marlowe created Castle, while Terri Edda Miller was one of its principal writers and executive producers; the pair later developed Take Two together.

Take Two stars Rachel Bilson as Samantha Swift, a former television detective who joins forces with Eddie Cibrian’s private investigator, Eddie Valetik. Samantha hopes the partnership will help her research a possible acting comeback, while Eddie initially sees her as an unwelcome complication.

The series deliberately echoes Castle’s central formula: an unlikely pair investigates crimes while developing a flirtatious, sometimes argumentative relationship. The setting and characters differ, however. Castle followed a mystery novelist and an NYPD detective in New York, whereas Take Two centers on a television actress and a private investigator in Los Angeles.

Take Two premiered in 2018 and ran for one season. ABC canceled it in November of that year after its first season, which consisted of 13 episodes.
