Touker Suleyman became an investor on the UK show Dragon's Den in 2015.
Suleyman is a British-Cypriot entrepreneur and investor known for businesses in fashion, manufacturing and retail. His commercial experience includes the clothing sector, giving him a particular interest in products, supply chains and consumer brands presented on the programme.
He joined the panel in 2015, adding a newer investor to a show that had already been running for a decade. As with every dragon, his on-screen role involved assessing a pitch, questioning the entrepreneur and deciding whether the proposed valuation and equity terms justified an offer.
The year should not be confused with the dates associated with his earlier business career. Suleyman’s investment activities began well before his television appointment.
