In which of the following film sequels did Donald Trump appear?

Donald Trump appeared in the film sequel Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. He has a brief cameo as himself inside New York’s Plaza Hotel, where he gives Kevin McCallister directions to the lobby.

The sequel was released in 1992 and follows Kevin after he accidentally boards a flight to New York instead of joining his family in Florida. The Plaza Hotel became one of the film’s major locations, providing the luxurious setting for Kevin’s solo stay and several comic scenes.

Trump owned the Plaza Hotel from 1988 to 1995, which explains why the production filmed there and why he was present in the movie. His appearance lasts only a few seconds, but it became one of the film’s most recognizable celebrity cameos.

The cameo is sometimes mistaken for a substantial acting role or for an appearance in the original Home Alone. Neither is correct: Trump appears briefly in the 1992 sequel, Home Alone 2, not in the first film.
