In which New Mexico town did Georgia O'Keeffe maintain a home near the Plaza?

The story behind the answer

Georgia O'Keeffe maintained a home near the Plaza in Abiquiú, New Mexico.

She purchased the abandoned hacienda in 1945 and spent years restoring it. The property, known as the Georgia O'Keeffe Home and Studio, became her primary residence for much of the year from 1949 until 1984. Its courtyard, wall, door, and surrounding landscape appeared repeatedly in her art.

The house sits in the Chama River Valley, north of Santa Fe. O'Keeffe had already been visiting New Mexico for years and also maintained a house at Ghost Ranch, but the Abiquiú property offered a settled studio and home base.

The site is now preserved as a historic house museum. It is distinct from the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe, which opened after her death and holds a major collection of her work and personal materials.
