The British television series Dragon's Den is filmed in Glasgow at BBC Scotland's Pacific Quay studios.
Pacific Quay is a media and broadcasting complex beside the River Clyde in Glasgow. BBC Scotland's studios there have hosted a wide range of television productions, including the British version of Dragon's Den during its modern run.
The studio location is different from the location of the entrepreneurs' businesses. Contestants travel to the set to make their pitches, so the city shown in a company's background story does not identify where the programme itself is recorded.
Glasgow can also be confused with other major British television-production centres such as Manchester, Cardiff and London. Pacific Quay is specifically associated with BBC Scotland's Glasgow operations and is the relevant filming location for the programme's investment-room scenes.
