The British television series Dragons' Den debuted in the BBC Two schedule.
BBC Two was the programme's original home when the UK version began in 2005. The channel was already associated with factual, documentary and specialist programming, making it a natural setting for a show centred on entrepreneurship, finance and business decisions.
BBC One is a plausible wrong answer because it is the BBC's main general-entertainment channel and has carried many high-profile programmes. BBC Three and BBC Four are also BBC channels, but neither was the original home of Dragons' Den.
The series later became a major BBC brand, but its launch identity remains linked to BBC Two. Knowing the channel also helps distinguish the British programme's early broadcast history from international versions, which were produced and scheduled by different networks.
