In which "Batman" film did Jim Carrey star as the Riddler?

Jim Carrey played the Riddler in Batman Forever. Released in 1995, the film casts Carrey as Edward Nygma, a brilliant but unstable Wayne Enterprises employee who becomes Batman’s flamboyant criminal opponent.

Nygma invents a device called the Box, which can transmit visual information directly into the human brain. Bruce Wayne rejects the invention because of its ethical and safety risks.
