In the UK television show Dragons' Den, which entrepreneur is better known by the stage name Levi Roots?

In the UK television show Dragons' Den, Levi Roots is the stage name of Keith Valentine Graham.

Graham is a British-Jamaican musician, chef and entrepreneur. He became widely known for Reggae Reggae Sauce, a jerk-style sauce whose branding combines Caribbean food with reggae culture. His Dragons' Den appearance helped turn the product into a national grocery brand.

The name Levi Roots was already associated with Graham's music career before the television appearance. He had performed reggae music and released recordings under that name, so it was not created solely for the business pitch. A common mix-up is to treat Levi Roots as the company's name; the business product is Reggae Reggae Sauce, while Levi Roots is Graham's public name.

His television appearance is often cited as one of the programme's most memorable pitches because it connected a personal food recipe, a strong brand identity and a clear route into supermarkets.
