Touker Suleyman is the Dragon's Den investor associated with the British fashion retailer Ghost.
Suleyman acquired the fashion brand Ghost in 2008. The company became known for fluid, draped clothing and fabrics with a distinctive stretch and finish. His involvement placed him firmly within the fashion and retail side of British entrepreneurship before he joined the Dragon's Den panel.
This fact can be confused with the retail careers of Theo Paphitis and other dragons. Paphitis built a different portfolio of retail interests, while Peter Jones is more strongly linked with technology and telecommunications. Ghost is specifically connected with Suleyman.
The acquisition date also helps separate this business history from Suleyman's later television career. He joined Dragon's Den in 2015, several years after acquiring Ghost.
