In the movie "Fast Five" who kills Reyes?
Answer
Hobbs
Answer
Hobbs
In Fast Five, Luke Hobbs kills Hernan Reyes. After Dominic Toretto and Brian O’Conner crash the enormous vault into Reyes’ car, Reyes survives the impact but is badly injured and crawls from the wreckage. Hobbs then shoots him.
Reyes is the corrupt Brazilian businessman and drug lord who controls much of Rio de Janeiro through money, intimidation, and a network of police officers. He is also responsible for the attack that kills several members of Hobbs’ team, giving the agent a personal reason to pursue him.
Hobbs initially works against Dom and Brian as they try to escape with Reyes’ money. After Reyes’ men kill members of Hobbs’ team, however, Hobbs joins forces with the crew. The alliance allows them to defeat Reyes and his security operation while also setting up Hobbs as a recurring member of the franchise.
A common mix-up comes from the vault sequence, in which Dom and Brian cause Reyes’ fatal crash. They do not deliver the final killing blow: Hobbs is the character who shoots Reyes after the crash.
