In The Lost Boys, which character did 2026 Tony winner Shoshana Bean play?

In The Lost Boys, 2026 Tony winner Shoshana Bean played Lucy Emerson.

Bean won Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her performance as Lucy Emerson in the Broadway musical adaptation of The Lost Boys. Lucy is the mother at the center of the story, whose family becomes entangled with the supernatural events surrounding the coastal California setting.

The role is different from the parts played by the other featured-actress nominees: Hannah Cruz played Svetlana in Chess, Rachel Dratch played the Narrator in Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show, Ana Gasteyer played Mildred Layton in Schmigadoon!, and Nichelle Lewis played Sarah in Ragtime.

The character’s name is easy to confuse with Sarah, another prominent female role in the 2026 Tony field. Sarah was played by Nichelle Lewis in Ragtime, not by Bean in The Lost Boys.
