Peter Jones has been a Dragon in every series of the British television show Dragon's Den since it began in 2005.
Jones is an entrepreneur and investor whose businesses have included Phones International Group, a telecommunications company, and the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy. His long tenure made him the only original Dragon to remain continuously on the main UK panel across the programme's history.
The panel has changed repeatedly around him. Duncan Bannatyne and Theo Paphitis were original Dragons who later left, while Deborah Meaden joined during the second series. Later additions included Sara Davies, Steven Bartlett and other investors.
Jones is sometimes confused with the show's longest-serving presenter, Evan Davis. Davis hosts the programme but is not one of the Dragons; Jones is the investor seated on the panel.
