Kelly Hoppen is the professional interior designer who created the Kelly Hoppen brand and later became a Dragon on the British television show Dragons' Den.
Hoppen began her design career as a teenager and became associated with a restrained style featuring neutral colours, clean lines, and what she called an East-meets-West approach. Her work extended beyond individual interiors into furniture, home products, books, and commercial collaborations.
She joined Dragons' Den in 2013 and remained on the programme for two series. Hoppen was the first interior designer to serve as a Dragon, which distinguished her from panel members principally known for retail, technology, or finance. The Kelly Hoppen brand is separate from the television show, although the programme greatly increased her public profile.
