Peter Jones is the Dragons' Den investor who founded Phones International Group.
Phones International Group was established by Jones in 1998 and operated in the telecommunications sector. His business interests have also included technology, leisure and media ventures, giving him a broad investment profile on the programme.
Jones appeared as one of the original Dragons when the British version of Dragons' Den began in 2005. He has remained associated with the programme across many series and is its longest-serving original Dragon.
A common mix-up is to attribute Phones International Group to another panel member. Alan Sugar is best known for Amstrad, while Theo Paphitis built his reputation through retail businesses such as Ryman. Those distinct company links make the answer identifiable.
