Simon Woodroffe founded Yo! Sushi and was an original Dragon on the British television series Dragon's Den.

Woodroffe is an English entrepreneur who launched Yo! Sushi, a restaurant business known for serving dishes from a moving conveyor belt. The concept helped make sushi more approachable to a wider British audience and became the best-known venture associated with his Dragon's Den career.
