Reggae Reggae Sauce is the sauce brand backed by Dragon Peter Jones and entrepreneur Levi Roots on the British television series Dragon's Den.
Levi Roots, whose real name is Keith Valentine Graham, appeared on the programme in 2007. He pitched a Caribbean-style jerk barbecue sauce based on a family recipe and sought investment to expand production and distribution.
Peter Jones agreed to invest £50,000 for a 40% share of the business. The brand became one of the programme's most celebrated success stories and later expanded into marinades, seasonings and other Caribbean food products. Its name was inspired by Roots's musical career and his reggae performances.
The pitch is often remembered simply as the “Reggae Reggae Sauce” pitch, but the commercial business developed into the wider Levi Roots brand. The sauce's television exposure helped it secure national retail attention after the episode aired.
