The British television series Dragons' Den is filmed at BBC Pacific Quay in Glasgow.
Pacific Quay is a major broadcasting and media complex on the south bank of the River Clyde. BBC Scotland has its headquarters there, making the site an important centre for television production in Scotland.
The programme is associated with the distinctive Den set rather than with a permanent real-world office occupied by the investors. Studio production allows the set, lighting and cameras to be controlled for pitches and negotiations.
Viewers sometimes assume that the programme is filmed in London because many of the entrepreneurs and investors operate nationally. The Pacific Quay location is in Glasgow, however, and it has been used for the modern production of the British series.
