Tom Pellereau invented the Stylfile range of curved nail files on the British television programme Dragon's Den.
Pellereau is a British inventor and entrepreneur who appeared on Dragon's Den with Stylfile, a range of nail-care tools shaped to follow the curve of a fingernail. The design aimed to make filing easier and more accurate than using a conventional flat file, particularly around the sides of the nail.
The pitch became notable because Deborah Meaden offered to invest, creating one of the programme's recognisable entrepreneur-and-Dragon partnerships. Stylfile later developed into a wider product range sold through retail channels.
Pellereau is sometimes confused with other product inventors who appeared on the show, especially Rob Law, whose Trunki suitcase became another famous pitch. The two businesses are unrelated: Trunki concerns children's luggage, while Stylfile concerns personal-care tools. The inventor's name is therefore the key identifying fact.
