In the BBC series Dragon's Den, what is the real name of sauce entrepreneur Levi Roots?

The real name of Dragon's Den sauce entrepreneur Levi Roots is Keith Valentine Graham.

Levi Roots is the stage name of the Jamaican-British musician and entrepreneur who developed Reggae Reggae Sauce. He appeared on Dragon's Den seeking investment for the sauce business and became one of the programme's best-known success stories.

The name Levi Roots was already connected with his music and public identity, so it is often mistaken for his legal name. His pitch combined a food product with a distinctive musical and cultural brand, helping the business stand out in the Den.

After the appearance, Reggae Reggae Sauce became a widely distributed retail product and the Levi Roots brand expanded into other food lines. The story is frequently cited as an example of television exposure accelerating a small food business.
